I would like to say that I was thoroughly impressed with your operations in Nepal. Everything ran wonderfully smoothly. Ramesh, our leader, was particulary brilliant. He was unimposing and unobtrusive, but knew everything that was going on: from what each of ate each morning to how we all were coping with the trek. When I retun to the Himalaya I will not hesitate in travelling with World Expeditions and I will hope to travel with Ramesh again.

When should I begin organising?
Organising a charity challenge usually takes between six months to two years in order to recruit supporters to help raise funds, get fit and organise the challenge. As soon as you think you might like to organise a challenge for your charity or a group of friends, don’t hesitate to tell us.
We have decided on the trip and the date. What now?
Once the trip is ready to be launched it will need to be advertised to your network of contacts, friends, supporters and families. As part of your trip cost we will assist you with any necessary documentation, from trip notes to pre-departure information, as well as medical forms, booking forms, risk assessments and evacuation procedure documents. With so many successful charity challenges under our belt we know the planning and administration stage is just as important as the trip itself, and with us, you are with the best and safest in the business.
Can you assist with marketing ideas?
Absolutely. We don’t just organise the challenge itself, but also offer support throughout the whole process from start to finish and this includes offering advice on marketing and helping out where we can. We have years of experience seeing what works and what doesn’t and we’d be happy to give you some creative marketing ideas to get you started.
Can you assist with trip briefings and presentations?
We would be delighted to come along to your charity/hospice/office and provide presentations and informal meetings for your supporters. It’s a great way of helping you to answer questions from your supporters and prepare them for the adventure they have signed up to.
As the group organiser can I travel for free?
Yes. So long as your group size meets the agreed minimum group number we always include one free of charge (FOC) place for a representative. Should you require more FOC places please advise us during initial consultation.
