Vietnam is perfectly suited for a family adventure. There are few countries where children of all ages respond so spontaneously and where lasting friendships are formed on a daily basis. Activity and variety are the keys to the success of this adventure. We spend our days wandering the vibrant streets and markets of Ho Chi Minh City, soaking up the coastal ambiance of the former sea port of Hoi An where activities include leisurely cycling along country roads to discover local Vietnamese rural life, a relaxing boat trip to a cooking school where the whole family will learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. In Hanoi explore the wonderful old quarter, and take time out as we sail amongst the limestone karsts and along the endless stretches of beaches at Halong Bay. With such a multitude of experiences, it's a true adventure that will appeal to the interests of the entire family.

We had a wonderful time and everything worked well and we particularly appreciated the interest and assistance of our tour guide, Mr Nguyen. Our children enjoyed all of the activities in the itinerary, with our favorite being the farming and fishing day in Hoi An. Another was the Red Bridge cooking school.
