Sir Ranulph Fiennes
“Living Dangerously”
Join friends of the Himalayan Trust UK to celebrate the Tenth Sir Edmund Hillary Memorial Lecture with Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the world’s greatest living explorer.  Ranulph is an inspiring speaker who delivers engaging and thought-provoking speeches on all aspects of his many expeditions. He leaves his audience energised and spellbound.
Ranulph has led numerous expeditions and was the first person ever to summit Everest and cross both polar ice caps in the same expedition.
The Himalayan Trust UK will also use this opportunity to give visitors an insight into its valuable education and health work in Nepal and its “Build Back Better” campaign following the devastating earthquake of 2015.

Previous speakers have included Alan Hinkes OBE, Stephen Venables, Dr Mike Gill, Jan Morris, Leo Houlding, Prof David Vaughan, Dr Hugh Lewis-Jones, Doug Scott CBE, Sir Chris Bonington and Kenton Cool.
